Located just 2 hours east of Park City and about 2 1/2 from Salt Lake City, Utah, you will find a sportsman’s paradise, Nick and Ann Stevenson’s L.C. Ranch. The Ranch, operated as a fly fishing lodge, elk hunting ranch and bed & breakfast, is spread across over 1300 acres of rolling juniper and pinion covered hills in the shadow of the Uinta Mountain range just outside of Altamont, Utah.
Our Utah fly fishing and elk hunting oasis includes over a dozen lakes and ponds scattered amidst red rock and juniper. The ponds and lakes offer a variety of fly fishing and elk hunting habitat throughout the seasons.

We pride ourselves in our cozy, modern lodging accommodations. We offer a range of sizes in rental cabins and larger lodges.
Our wide range of lodging accommodations can suit any size of group. From smaller more intimate accommodations in the Honeymoon Cabin, Bungalow or Hideaway Cabin to the full size Trophy Lodge or West Cabin, we have a range of lodging options for you that are far more comfortable than a hotel or motel.
Our lodging options are more like staying at your own personal vacation cabin or a bed and breakfast, not an impersonal hotel or motel, much more comfortable and cozy. In addition, you can enjoy Ann’s delicious home cooking prepared at your cabin or lodge.
